Most error messages a user encounters when trying to use the TextMarks platform actually originate from the individual cell phone providers.
Messages such as these two below need to be corrected by the cell phone carrier and a call to customer service will usually fix the problem.
"Sorry; this service is temporarily unavailable." "Messaging is blocked" Anything with an actual number (EG E00128)
TextMarks error messages:
"Keyword does not exist" - check the spelling of the keyword and try again. If you repeatedly get this message then contact Support to confirm the problem. Occasionally a keyword is actually deleted from the system.
