PayPal

PayPal accounts are treated differently than our new accounts. If you have a PayPal account and are having issues, please review the following:

  • If you want to CANCEL your account, you need to do so from within your own PayPal account by canceling the Textmarks subscription service. We cannot do this for you.

  • If you send more messages than what are included in your plan, these messages will be sent with ads, and your subscribers on Sprint, TMobile, Boost and Virgin Mobile will not receive your messages because these carriers do not relay short code messages with ads.

  • We no longer offer new PayPal accounts. If you want to cancel your account, and later decide to sign up again, you will need to select one of our new plans which can be viewed at http://www.textmarks.com/front/pricing/.

  • If you want to change your plan, you will also need to choose one of the new ones.
