Can I Upload / Download a subscriber list?

Uploading: We do not allow uploading of lists. If you are transferring your list which was previously opted in properly at another SMS company, we will add your list only if all MMA guidelines for this are followed.

Downloading: We do not have a function that allows you to download your customer list except through our API. However, if you need to download your list for some reason, please contact customer service and we will try to accommodate your request.
