Receiving texts
Hello,
I have shortcode texts enabled on my Sprint Blackberry Curve, and receive a response when texting 'HELP' to 41411 but when I text the passphrase to subscribe to the group I'd like to subscribe to, I receive no conformation nor group texts from the group. Is there something else I can do to get it to work?

This keyword is associated with an account that has a Sprint carrier block on it. So this would be the reason why you are unable to receive any alerts from it.

Who do I talk to or petition to get that carrier block removed?

The customer has requested the block so that he doesn't need to pay surcharges that Sprint imposes.
