Subscribers: 1, but I have more subscribers!

I know of several people who have sent my keyword to 41411, and I have "auto subscribe" enabled, but my subscribers list still says "1", which is me! .. help? I want to send out a message today with a special discount!

    Hi,

    Our system is working properly, and I'm able to subscribe and unsubscribe from keywords, so maybe you should find someone you know who has texted in and try it with them so you can verify that you're indeed having a problem.
